A base theme to lay the groundwork for Drupal.

Installation
Enable the theme and away you go. Typically you create a custom theme that uses the Orange Framework as a base theme and not your main working theme.
Configuration
Sass
- Configured to compile using Gulp.
- Compile to CSS by running the following commands:
npm installgulp
- The CSS will be compiled to:
css/style.cssandcss/bootstrap.cssrespectively.
