Usage of this library
Turn an array of strings into a natural-language list:
use Agaric\OxfordComma;
$array = ["State Fair", "South Pacific", "The King and I"];
$text = OxfordComma\oxford_comma_list($array); // State Fair, South Pacific, and The King and I
