SeAT-BILT is a plugin for SeAT (SeAT Alliance Auth Tool), designed to enhance alliance and corporate logistics workflows in EVE Online. From route planning to hauling estimations, SeAT-BILT equips industrial coordinators with tools to optimize transportation and station operations.

• 🚚 Hauling Calculator
  Estimate hauling costs using customizable rates, volume, jump distances, and fuel costs. Supports collateral, rush fees, and fuel-specific formulas.

• 🗺️ Route Management
  Define and manage logistics routes between systems. Track origin, destination, volume, reward, and pilot assignments.

• 🏙️ Station Index
  Maintain a catalog of logistics hubs, trade depots, or strategic dropoff locations across New Eden.

• 🔒 Permission-Based Access
  RBAC-controlled access: Viewers, Pilots, and Admins can be assigned granular roles via SeAT’s permissions UI.

🛠️ Installation

Requirements

• A working SeAT 5.x Docker environment:
  https://eveseat.github.io/seat-docs/

• Plugin resolution via Composer and environment configuration.

1. Add to .env:

SEAT_PLUGINS="capsulecmdr/seat-bilt:*"

2. Rebuild Docker:

docker compose down
docker compose up -d --build

3. Run Migrations:

docker compose exec seat php artisan migrate
