Track shows that you (or your kids) watch. Set a weekly limit and display an alert when the limit is reached for that viewer.

Upload the entire /wp-show-tracker directory to the /wp-content/plugins/ directory.
Activate WP Show Tracker through the 'Plugins' menu in WordPress.
