Overview
Auto-instrumentation hooks are registered via composer, and spans will automatically be created for
selected Redis (via extension) and Predis\Client methods, along with Credis.
Configuration
The extension can be disabled via runtime configuration:
OTEL_PHP_DISABLED_INSTRUMENTATIONS=redis
