Overview
Auto-instrumentation hooks are registered via composer, and spans will automatically be created for each PSR-16 cache operation.
Configuration
The extension can be disabled via runtime configuration:
OTEL_PHP_DISABLED_INSTRUMENTATIONS=psr16
