It will allow you to refresh the invalidated Magento 2 cache(s) instantly without jumping into the System > Cache Management. Once any cache gets invalidated then a link to refresh cache will be visible in the admin top notification bar. You just have to click on the link and that's it.

Also, you can find the Flush Invalidated Cache(s) button under the Cache Management to refresh the invalidated cache(s) with a click.
