Install by artisan package installer

Go to You /core/ folder:

cd core

composer update

Run php artisan command

php artisan package:installrequire seiger/sseo "*"

php artisan vendor:publish --provider="Seiger\sSeo\sSeoServiceProvider"

php artisan migrate
