PLEASE NOTE
There is now an official seats.io php library. This library here will not be supported much longer.

Add HtmlPhpExcel in your composer.json:

    }
}

Now tell composer to download the bundle by running the command:

$ php composer.phar update ticketpark/seats-io-api
