Craft 4.5 and higher.

Main features:

• Notify users about events by sending requests through webhooks to Telegram users.
• Providing some tools to get data from Craft CMS sites based on specified steps via telegram chat.
• Providing an interface for users via telegram chat to execute predefined GraphQL queries.
