Add SVG capabilites to eZ Publish.

The basic feature of this extension is create svgs with SVG-Edit (http://code.google.com/p/svg-edit/) in the backend.

For fallbacks in PNG (IE8-9) you havet to install inkscape (http://inkscape.org/)

For using your own font styles install this on your server and configure the xrowsvg.ini
