This module allows the goolge distance provider to be disabled. Currently when there is no API key, or the key isn't valid for the store URL, then just no stores are returned. (The error is silent and not easily found)
To avoid this on development/staging environments this modules allows the distance provider to be disabled.
php bin/magento config:set cataloginventory/source_selection_distance_based_google/enabled 0
